To honor our friend, Marie Williams, who passed away earlier this month of pancreatic cancer, the North Central Florida Blues Society will hold a Celebration of Life for her at Heartwood Soundstage on Sunday, November 16 from 1-3 pm. Some of you know her as a singer and keyboard player for Dr. Jules’ Cool Blues, and some of you may know her as a Director with the North Central Florida Blues Society, and some from helping run Top Hog BBQ. No matter how she entered your life, please join us in celebrating hers.
There will be live music, we especially invite those that may have played at Top Hog to join us. Also there will be opportunities to speak.
She will be greatly missed, but at least this is a public way for us to say goodbye.
If anyone is interested in singing and or playing a song or two in Marie’s memory, please contact Jules, so that he may schedule the performances.
